JJ Hendricks over at racketboy has posted a list of the rarest games on the PS1 based upon availability and price. Among them, Spyro was noted for his status as a collectible. The Spyro Collector's Edition was what he picked for the list.

I have every game, but not the Collector's Edition...

Maybe I should have bought it when I had a chance....v_v

Anyway, I'm glad that whoever JJ Hendricks believes that the Spyro Collector's Edition is rare enough to be priced at such a high value...

BTW, if there is a collector's edition of the L.O.S series, I am definetly buying it!!!!

Even if I want to get it, I can't because I don't think we PAL gamers HAD such a collector's item out here :(
But yeah, good find; I can see the rarity of such an item so that should be something to consider.

I went all-out and bought the collector's edition. It wasn't too tricky to find if you know where to look. I either got mine off eBay or Amazon. Back in the day, I owned all three of the games separately but lost them over the years.

I bought the Spyro Collecters edition years ago. However, All the discs recently stopped working and all the packaging is gone. =/
