It may seem after the fact, but I've discovered some never-before-seen concept art for The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. These are from concept artist Thomas Girard who has also worked on Asterix XXl 1 & 2 and Arthur and the Minimoys.

There's a new interview with the voice talents in Dawn of the Dragon at GameTrailers. Elijah Wood, Christina Ricci, Wayne Brady, Gary Oldman, and Blair Underwood talk about their roles in the game and what they like about most about it.

Dawn of the Dragon was released this week, but in case you're one of the many people who still don't have a copy (many stores weren't carrying the game or didn't know when it was supposed to be released), you're probably still hoping for more new footage. Well, the Dutch tv show GameKings recently aired an episode talking about the new game.

Hot off the Sierra Forums, Chris Wilson himself has recently posted a brand new trailer for Dawn of the Dragon.

InvaderZarra of the DarkSpyro Forums found more new Dawn of the Dragon footage. YouTube user Spyro2980 says he got his footage from a GamePro magazine CD.

The voice over is in either German or French and, so far, we don't have any translation. In the footage, we see more of the Catacombs, Avalar, and Hunter, as well as hear some familiar music and some new music. If you listen very closely, you can also hear a tiny snippet of Cynder's dialogue early in the Catacombs footage.

In other news, Amazon.com has a page set aside for the Dawn of the Dragon strategy guide. The guide is slated to be released on October 21st, will have 176 pages, XBox360 achievement strategies, and includes all gem and armor locations. The guide description also hints that cheats have returned to the Legend series.

Recently, French site JeuxVideo posted an interview with Jean-Marie Nazaret of Etranges Libellules, creators of Dawn of the Dragon. The interview features a lot of new gameplay, shows off our favorite dragons' flying abilities, gives us a good look at some dragon armour, and even gives a few peeks at some of the early cutscenes.

This short clip of Dawn of the Dragon gameplay is rather low quality and soundless, but it stands out from many of the clips we've seen because we now get a brief glimpse of Cynder's attacks, namely Fear and Shadow.

Etranges Lebellules has updated their website and it now shows Spyro as one of their developed games.

However, they aren't offering any new information or images yet.
